What we provide. Education, tools and resources to help people understand systems, prepare what they want to say, take action, and keep track of what was promised.

What we do not provide. Legal, medical, financial or crisis advice or services. We do not advocate on your behalf, contact services for you, or represent you. We do not guarantee outcomes, because nobody honestly can.

Using our materials. See the Licence and Usage Policy.

Your responsibility. Our tools help you prepare. You decide what to send, say or sign. Always check deadlines, reference numbers and formal requirements yourself.

AI features. Some tools use AI to help draft and explain. AI can be wrong. Everything it produces is a draft for you to review, edit or discard. Nothing is ever sent on your behalf.

Accuracy. We work hard to keep information current, but systems, policies and entitlements change. Nothing here is a substitute for checking with the relevant service.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made by services, outcomes of meetings or applications, or losses arising from use of our materials. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
